Buying a home can be a very daunting process, even for the experienced buyer. Christian & Al pride themselves on their strategy in guiding buyers while purchasing a property. You will often hear them say, “it is not our money, nor do we have to live there!” What they mean by this, is that it is always a buyer’s decision. It is YOUR money, YOU will be living in the house you buy. This is our way of letting you know that we will never pressure you into buying a property that just does not fit your needs. 

As a first-time homebuyer, we do not even start looking at houses until we sit down for an interview with you. It is an opportunity for us to interview you. We find out what is important for you when buying a house. We also go through a step-by-step process of how to buy a house, and touch on ALL of the expenses related to buying a property, and further, living in that property. It makes sure there are no surprises as we venture out to find your perfect home, and we make sure you know about all of the ‘hidden’ costs that might not be readily ascertained. This process also gives you a chance to interview us! You, as a buyer, MUST feel comfortable putting your trust in us, as your guides to home ownership.

As an experienced buyer, we still must have an interview - whether it be by phone, over a cup of coffee, or right here in our office. We still need to know what you are looking for, if you have a property to sell to afford your new purchase, your time constraints, etc.
